Dominique J. Terral

Mr. Terral is a seasoned global executive, successful entrepreneur and financier, as well as a recognized international business expert and innovator with over 30 years of international experience in a broad range of market segments with emphasis on commercial financing, and private family office investments and assets management.

Mr. Terral specializes in facilitating global value enhancement for enterprises through design and refinement of strategies for operations, mergers & acquisitions, technology solutions, corporate structures, investments, financing, sales and marketing.

Mr. Terral deploys a sophisticated approach involving highly innovative analytics to achieve high performance and to align multiple client-constituencies with preferential outcomes in respect of business process, profit targets, sales, marketing and operations planning, as well as asset accretions, dispositions and liquidity events.

Through Mr. Terral’s extensive experience, he understands the unique demands placed on the leadership of companies and enterprises today. He has assisted many significant global organizations to identify new sales, marketing and business growth opportunities through synergy and leverage of trusted networks, myriad skill-sets and international cultural insight.

Mr. Terral is a recognized authority on strategic alliances, with a particular emphasis on global development and cross-border transactions. Mr. Terral unique systems-based approach facilitates fluid strategies and business pathways with highly creative yet logical operations to obtain global solutions with efficient usage of resources.

Mr. Terral received his degree in computer science from University of Montpellier, in France. After graduation, Mr. Terral commenced his entrepreneurial career early on with the establishment of a computer and software services CAO Informatique (Burroughs B3700 & IBM System 360). Mr. Terral developed his foundation in the computer programs of RPG, COBOL & FORTRAN languages.

Extending his enterprise, Mr. Terral immigrated to the United States in 1978 and provided Computer Programming Services to several well-established U.S. business institutions. Among his initial clients were The First National Bank of Palm Beach, Palm Beach Atlantic College, clothes designer Lilly Pulitzer, the Town of Palm Beach, and the Palm Beach Mental Health Hospital.

Beginning in 1995, Mr. Terral became a duly licensed Mortgage Broker and Lender. He provided project and residential financing in major US cities, with a portfolio that exceeded the aggregate amount of $1b. Mr. Terral established high level Showcases in Bond Street, May Fair, London & in Peel Street, Montreal for marketing and sale of residential projects developed and built by the Satter Companies, Multicon Developments, Radice Corporation and K. Hovnanian Homes to name a few.

Mr. Terral joined Guggenheim Partners in late 2009 as an independent senior consultant through their Private Family Office, a wholly owned subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners ($100 Billion New York Investment Banking Firm). The Private Family Office was subsequently sold to a private firm in 2013. Mr. Terral was in charge of the underwriting of this deal, and he facilitated and arranged the signing in November 2011 of a partnership between Marius Saradar/Groupe Saradar (Beirut, Lebanon) and Guggenheim Investment Advisors (New York, USA). Since then, Mr. Terral has been advising family offices & private trusts located in Switzerland, Luxemburg, United Kingdom, France, and the UAE.

Now based in Nice, France and building upon his success, Mr. Terral’s expertise and entrepreneurial persona lead him to accept mandates from several prominent enterprises and he has grown and expanded his client base to include a multitude of international corporations and private financial institutions.
